Friendly staff. Great program, no real down time in the class: Children transitioned from one physical activity to another using engaging slides on TV projector. Physical activities were the right amount of challenge for my daughter.

The energy the coaches give to the students is awesome. The gym environment provides a kids to recognize when its "focus" time and time to give it all. The themes color helps the environment of empowerment
