KidStrong staff and team are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist with scheduling, the app, etc. The team also provides feedback to the parents and children.

Great communication. The class was engaging. Kaiden enjoyed the experience. The focus on raising self esteem is great. We will be joining in the few weeks.

It was a very friendly and welcoming experience my son was nervous, cried and didn’t want to participate at first but the coaches where friendly and did not force my child to do what he didn’t feel comfortable doing and guided me to help him taking it slow . I loved the games and exercises that they had the kids do and they also saved some time in between the workouts to show the kids shapes and colors . My child got very comfortable quickly and started having so much fun . Being able to be part of it with my son was a great experience as well

My child constantly looks forward to going to kid strong each week. It makes her very happy to do the activities.When she thinks it's too hard, the encouragement she gets from the staff keeps her going and knowing that she "can do this"
