I really admire and appreciate the self esteem portion of the program. All the students feel good about themselves and their skill level. The staff is very supportive and encouraging.

We love KidStrong! Coaches Will, Joe and Jocelyn are amazing and our kiddo loves them! HeLoves the way the classes challenge him and push him to do more and work harder. He enjoys socializing with the other kids, and feels safe to make mistakes and grow from them. 10/10 would recommend!

My son has a ton of energy and struggled with direction. I saw a noticable difference after a month and big change after a few months. After one year, he is independent during his sessions. I was very impressed with how kidstrong helped my child follow direction, build confidence, and get stronger. Love it!

We started with KidStrong in Elmwood park when they opened and since the beginning they have always been understanding with my child when he was having a hard time in class. My child sometimes was scared to do class and the coaches were very accommodating when it came to me joining him to get him through the class. Everyone working there is very nice & easy to talk to….

Every class is so much fun for Archer, the coaches are amazing, the other parents and kids have great energy, and we're so happy to be back!
