The coaches and program itself gives the kids a lot of confidence

We love coming to KidStrong Elmwood Park! Our coaches are friendly and engaging and it feels like they’ve really gotten to know my kiddo and help him have a great time. The center is always clean and the coaches/staff are always quick to answer any questions.

Everyone is so sweet and friendly. They treat you like family. Definitely going to miss it.

Absolutely love it! My son looks forward to going and speaks so highly of all his coaches!

kid strong is a fitness class paired with building confidence, it was Demi’s first class yesterday and she said she felt shy but the coaches and the kids made her feel so comfortable she loves it so much, she cried yesterday and said she wanted to come everyday, I highly recommend and do plan on returning!

It builds on more than physical strength. I like the fact self esteem is promoted as well as positive sportsmanship.
