That’s the best place for my son . Everyone who works here is very professional and so nice . Coaches are amazing. I see huge positive change in my child character, he become stronger, less shy , and so confident. I would recommend that place for every child

It is a safe environment for both children and parents. What impressed me most was how clean it is; my one-year-old still puts everything in his mouth, so I felt at ease seeing that the entire space was clean. The staff are very friendly, and we certainly had a great time.

Because my 3 year old daughter enjoyed her first day and the coaches have patience to deal with all kids.

Ezio felt welcome and had full attention from the coaches. He always enjoyed his session whenever he went to Kidstrong in Everett. The attention, the rewards, all the fun, and then the challenge during the sessions and the game helped Ezio build a strong mindset and a never-give-up attitude.Heck, even now and then, I use the Kid Strong chant at work whenever I almost give up. :) i can do this!!!!

Our daughter has gained so much confidence since joining kid strong. It has been so wonderful watching her blossom. The other day she was nervous about going down the hill on her bike. She told me that she would be right back and proceeded to go behind the truck. I could hear her say, “I am strong, I am brave, I can do this!” Priceless!

The program is structured and targets to strengthen the whole body, but also the social aspect of life.Downside: There is a lot of stopping between courses and young children do not have the complete ability to swap between running and stopping to look at the screen. It would be a big plus if the classes would also cater to children with HADD or autism since they learn differently.
