Friendly staff, clean and very bright center. Encouraging kids to try, but understand the younger ones may just run around. Give plenty of water breaks.

Most of the coaches are very supportive of all levels of participation and help guide the students to do each of the obstacles in their own way. Some of the evening classes get a little much with parents screaming. Even though these are words of encouragement it has definitely led us to avoid those evenings as it was wayyyyy too much.

My children will be able to develop skills that are difficult to work on at home in a fun way!

The instructors were high energy matching the children's; they were also recognizing when the children need a break, on an individual basis. The "obstacle courses" how I call them were well thought promoting direct motor skills areas. The kids understood what they need to do fairly easy. It was also fun and a good cardio exercise for me as a parent, and good bonding experience. Additionally, it encouraged all children to be social and play together. The prizes at the end of the class were great as it helps them grow their self awareness, pride for their achievements and be comfortable on a stage in front of people.
