Excellent program! Really easy to book a class either by app or phone call. Loved the whole process. My 2 yr old was a little shy in the beginning, like the first couple of station tasks. Both Coach Laura and Coach Mac helped him quickly build confidence and he had so much fun. He said wanted to go again. I thought it was so cute because it's like an age appropriate F45 workout for toddlers. If you could just see his smile after completing a station - so worth it! Only wish it wasn't so expensive!

I hope they will coach or guide the kid's in a proper manner to developing physical and mentally !!

Kidstrong is such an amazing environment to support the healthy development of our children! Great Coaches and community. My boys learn more each week, get better and stronger.Only suggestion is that we had a new Coach today and I didn't even hear his name and wasn't able to get to know him much. It's helpful to know the Coaches!
