Excellent coaches & great exercises

The many times I have been there, I have seen the interest of all the staff and coaching staff.Our son doesn't want to miss his class at all. We are grateful letting him join Kidstrong. Kudos 👏

Great experience for our daughter. She is shy but trusted everyone and enjoyed herself. She can’t wait for the next class. We can’t wait to watch her grow in confidence.

My daughter has learned such amazing social skills and active skills that she uses every day just from going to these classes at such a young age. She looks forward to her class every single week. She talks about it so much to her little friends at daycare, and I can’t recommend it enough to parents for their kids.

I think its a good program for children to help them get out more and build confidence in themselves to keep going even when things are hard or difficult.

Fantastic program that combines ALL of the physical, educational, social and character building exercises . Builds confidence and encourages responsibility in a fun and exciting format. Staff is beyond competent and friendly.

My daughter loves going to KidStrong so much that she encouraged her best friend to sign up and also encouraged me to apply for a summer camp coach position!If my kid is happy, I’m happy!
