We’ve been going to KidStrong for almost 1.5 years and have seen great improvement in our 5 year old. His confidence and athleticism has improved so much! The coaches and team at KidStrong have been a positive influence on my child and it’s always a pleasure getting on the blue mat. We are looking forward to continuing the program.

Very Friendly and so patient with the children. My son absolutely loved being there and they explained everything to me and made sure if I had any questions they asked.

Overall the staff has.been great to work with and even when we go to different classes I'm surprised that the coaches learn his name so quickly. He's gained a lot of skills in the few weeks we've been going and I'm looking forward to seeing what else happens.

The class structure is fine for older kids but the younger kids don't seem to do as well following instructions. Having a more open exploration environment for 2 year olds during their independence stage would go much better and my son might have wanted to stay
