I love Alex and all the coaches! Alex worked with my Autistic Son and make us sign up for the program! She is unbelievable! We wouldn’t ask for a better coach. Thanks Alex.

Very age appropriate classes, but do feel the membership price is higher then other

We had a wonderful first experience at KidStrong. I chose the class because it was bilingual, which is very helpful since my son barely speaks English yet.Coach Kelly and the other coaches were amazing, kind, patient, and very encouraging with the kids. The class is very well structured and helps children build strength, confidence, and focus while having fun.My son loved the class, and I loved seeing him feel proud and confident.We are very grateful for such a positive experience and highly recommend KidStrong.

Friendliness of coaching staff and the curriculum that reinforces both body-control and social skills/confidence.

Loved the message and promotion of self confidence in kids. Was a great balance of structure and free exploration for kids. Great exercises and routines.

After the class I asked my son what he liked best and his response was the coaches were so nice to him and they were fun. The facility was very clean and everything was run very smoothly

The coaches are very friendly. They really have a good sense of remembering all the kids names. Each class is always different, its never the same and they have so much patience in regards to dealing with little ones especially the walking - 2 year old group. I love how they incorporate little things during freeze breaks where they ask oh what is this animal and what color is this. They definitely have a curriculum best suited to alot of the little ones strength and weaknesses to show confidence in one self and team work.
