It's an amazing program and my son loves it.

Amara really loves Kidstrong and I noticed her building confidence and improvement following group instructions. Staff is always friendly and patient and is a lot of fun.

Love the whole concept - character education and fitness based curriculum, healthy dose of recognition, clean facility, “ I am brave I am strong I can do this” mantra. Great fitness type class that is fun and engaging for the kids. Coaches are upbeat and very friendly. Overall been happy, we have also done birthday and camps. They do a great job with the kids.

All coaches are amazing and really care for the kids. They have such patience and care. Love seeing my daughter grow from class to class.
