Because they have a good program for children, and exercising is fun for them. One suggestion would be to limit the number of children in the class. Yesterday, including my daughter, there were 17 children, and in my personal opinion, when there are that many children, the attention span isn't the same.

Coaches are fantastic!! Lots of energy and great engagement with kids. The coaches seem very dedicated to the organizational principles. Great atmosphere!!!

App needs some work. BY FAR the best kid class app is Big Blue. It’s in another league. But otherwise - with LOVE KidStrong Fairfax.

KidStrong has been great for our son. It helps get out his physical energy in a way that is structured. I would def recommend this class especially for kids with lots of energy!
