My son loves the work outs. Membership deal doesn’t work for us unfortunately due to scheduling limitations, so drop in classes work perfectly for us. I am not fan of Apps these days since each service has a separate one, nothing in particular negative to say about that. Coaches, classes, equipment - unparalleled.

Staff is friendly, the place is clean and my child looks forward to KidStrong every week.

Ollie and Anna are absolutely phenomenal instructors in Everett’s KidStrong class. They bring such great energy and make every class fun, focused, and empowering. What really stands out is how well they get Everett—they understand how to motivate him, support him, and celebrate his progress in a way that really connects. Because of them, he walks into class excited and walks out proud. We’re so grateful for the positive impact they’re having on his confidence and growth. Huge thanks to Ollie and Anna for making it awesome every time!

The coaches are all really engaged and helpful with the kids. My daughter LOVES going to KidStrong and every Thursday morning wakes up and says “KidStrong gym, KidStrong gym”. It’s been great for her motor and social skills, and I’m always so proud of her (and she is so proud of herself) after every class. Really great program for kids.

All the coaches we have had the chance to work with have been engaging and motivating, and my kids really enjoy the variety of class programming. KidStrong is working out great for us.

It’s not just physical it is social emotional learning, team work, cooperation! Never the same stuff. Engaging! My nephew loves it! My cousin just told me yesterday that there is a kid sting opening near Baltimore and they asked us how it is! We told her that it is an awesome experience and that they should enroll their son, who is also Michael’s age! Great program!

I love love KidStrong and so does my daughter. The activities are challenging and fun! The coaches are caring and it shows that they like what they do.
