The coaches are very friendly. They really have a good sense of remembering all the kids names. Each class is always different, its never the same and they have so much patience in regards to dealing with little ones especially the walking - 2 year old group. I love how they incorporate little things during freeze breaks where they ask oh what is this animal and what color is this. They definitely have a curriculum best suited to alot of the little ones strength and weaknesses to show confidence in one self and team work.

This is a place where any child get let loose, climb & do some nice exercises courses. Since my son has Autism & ADHD this really helps him with being active and teaching him that this is what gym in school. The staff members are very skilled and they're very patient with my son. I am so thankful that I found this place and my son really likes it! Thank so much!

The program looks sound and the coaches look like they are passionate to lead the kids. Only tiny concern is the student to coach ratio for a program that involves so much energy.

I'm seeing small improvements in my grandson though we have only been doing it for a few months. Coaches are positive and upbeat. I highly recommend.

It is all great but I wish the space was a bit bigger, the price a bit lower and Iwish you have a branch in Vienna, around Merrifield

Because Jacob loves it! However, I do think a little more effort in helping the kids understand technique is needed. Most of the coaches don’t check or monitor the quality of performance, which I think affects long term understanding and effectiveness. I would like to see improvements. But know, Jacob is having the time of his life and really treasures his time at KidStrong. The changes I am recommending would be subtle, so the kids don’t feel like they’re in boot camp.

Because they teach real life skills at an early age. Public speaking, leadership, confidence, etc
