Our son really enjoys his classes. His instructors for the most part have been amazing. We like how it continues to evolve and the kids have more responsibility as they progress.Our only negative is we have had several classes that seem way too big for the number of instructors and sometimes the classes only have 1 instructor. Seeing classes run effortlessly with the correct number of instructors makes it way easier to see when there are not enough instructors.

It's a wonderful program that covers so many different areas that are important to me as a parent. The facility is amazing and the coaches are enthusiastic.

I really appreciated how warm the staff was and how they made me and my autistic son feel extra welcome and included, and let my son adapt the class to his skill level.

The coaches are great! Always accommodating and so patient with kids. Only frustration is the communication. The phone doesn’t get answered and text messages are not always answered in a timely manner.

Great program for helping kids get out of their shell and exercise in a fun, encouraging way.

Amara really loves Kidstrong and I noticed her building confidence and improvement following group instructions. Staff is always friendly and patient and is a lot of fun.
