My son lives coming to kid strong because it builds his confidence, gets to show off his skills and just gets to get some energy out. He looks forward to it every week and looks forward to eventually earning a new rank.

Alexander loved the trial class, he said it was challenging and wanted to go back the following day…! Loved it…!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Love the coaches and their enthusiasm ! Appreciate the well rounded program of athletics, kids working together in teams, the exercises on the TV and the importance of the kids speaking in front of others

Kidstrong Fairfield is the most amazing experience all around. My child genuinely loves going to class weekly. She is cared for by each coach and affirmed. The coaches take the time to even memorize the kids names and make sure they are doing their best. The gym is always clean - including the bathrooms which is a deal breaker for me, wherever I go with my daughter. All around just great!

It’s a great facility with a great staff. Friendly, welcoming and energetic. A great mix of activities to keep them engaged and having fun while getting exercise, building strength and building confidence.
