Programming and quality has improved over time, become more elaborate.

My son attended KidStrong and had an amazing experience. He had so much fun at every class and always looked forward to going. The coaches were encouraging, energetic, and great with the kids. We noticed a real boost in his confidence, as well as improvements in his physical skills and willingness to try new things. The positive environment helped him grow both physically and emotionally.

The staff was so friendly and professional. All staff was very informative. My daughter had a great time.

It’s the first class that my kid hasn’t gotten bored of. The coach’s are encouraging and fun and the flow of the class keeps the kids super engaged.

Well paced age appropriate classes my som really enjoyed himself. Staff made it easy to check in get acclimated and sign up for more classes

It was a great experience from beginning to end. We did a free trial for my one year-old grandson. The communication was stellar as we had to reschedule the date several times. Everyone was great to work with both remotely and in person.
