My son has a great time every time he comes to KidStrong. I love that the program is designed to build confidence and agency (I am strong, I am brave, I can do this). Over time, I believe these values will become ingrained and positively shape his character.

Coaches are very upbeat and positive. We loved their willingness to help our new student as he struggled to do the activities. Only low rating is the app because I wish there was a web counterpart with the same profile and options, but once I got used to it, it was fine.We were a little disappointed with the fast pace of the beginner's class. It's hard to learn a completely new skill and routine while, by the time it finally clicks even a little bit, the rest of the class has moved on.

The trial class was fun and enjoyable. Just not the right thing for my child right now at his development stage.

My son had a blast and we did too. Coaches were great as well

My child loves it and it really has helped with her confidence and mobility.

Would highly highly recommend to anyone with any age kids. Absolutely phenomenal people, atmosphere and place!!

I can see a lot of difference in the strength and posture in my son.

I like the coaches and the programs that they offer. Also they communicate really well when I text them my request. I just wish they have a better bathroom.

KidStrong Flower Mound staff are exceptional! My crazy boy (3y) is ALL BOY and ALL OVER THE PLACE and they are beyond kind, patient, and accepting. The center is always clean and well kept, and they’re is always a smiling face at the front desk to greet you when you walk in.

Staff was easy to work with and did a great job connecting with all kids including mine. Atmosphere was inclusive and inviting.
