The activities that are planned amongst the breaks and the positive validation made it a great experience.

They truly follow their mission of building confidence in kids. They are high energy, engaging, and always positive. KidStrong somehow makes boot Camp styles exercises fun for kids. It’s the only class my kid has has ever consistently looked forward to week after week. The coaches have all been excellent. My kid’s class has a new head coach and I’m hoping she’s just still getting her bearings as she is not nearly as effective or engaging as the previous coach, send but she is very new. It’s difficult with just 2 instructors per class, but my only complaint is that they don’t do the best job in teaching kids the right form. They show them and they consistently continue to describe and demonstrate what they should be doing, but they don’t physically assist every kid who needs a little help with form (e.g. push-ups). They try (and 10 instructors per 10-ish kids makes it hard to assist every single kid), but there have been plenty of missed opportunities where kids continually demonstrate bad form. This is the only thing I would change about this program. Otherwise it is an excellent program and is so good for kids and every single coach I have interacted with has been exceedingly friendly and helpful. They are always so positive - I love it. I asked Kid what he wanted to say about them and he said “they are super fun!“ ;-)

We had so much fun! The coaches were so nice, I loved how involved they were with not just the parents but the kids too! I really really liked how they spoke to them like adults. That was a honest selling point to me!

Kids Strong has been one of my son’s beloved experiences he’s had. Compared to other classes Monte loves and wants to continue these classes. The coaching is uplifting, and communication is easy.
