My 5 year old daughter is very shy and struggles with confidence. Coach Chris and Coach Ken were so great with her. They knew how to encourage her and also when to listen to her. They created a space for her to try and find her confidence and voice.

I love how the coaches make every effort to guide and direct the kids. the energy and how they convey instructions. It is challenging to keep a group of young kids focus and they do an excellent job!!

Very clean and well run facility; the coaches are great, and the classes have already helped my son tremendously after only two classes. We cant wait to continue our journey with KidStrong!

I sometimes feel it’s too rushed from course to course. Right when my son starts to understand what he’s doing, it’s over and we have to stop. But I love seeing his joy when he is able to do something new!

We have been going there for over a year now. My son loves it and the staff have been amazingly, wonderful. They went out of their way to accommodate us when I had to take time off from bringing my son there, due to me having surgery. We love kidstrong!!!

Perfect upbeat setting to get my son moving. Seeing improvement in physical ability, teamwork, and follwing directions has been great.
