The coaches and staff meet their members where they are with patience, kindness and compassion. My son is more confident and is so proud of himself.

Coach Chris and Coach Kevin Brenna are amazing! They’re so passionate about what they do and go above and beyond to support each kid’s individual needs. Their energy and encouragement make every KidStrong session fun and motivating, and they always help the kids succeed in their weekly challenges!

My daughter is a full on wild child, but KidStrong really gives her the opportunity to place that energy and use it in such a positive way that helps her grow. Not only is she getting better at communicating she is learning how to harness her energy and stay focused. She has gotten braver and uses her voice even more. Coach Brenna and Coach Chris are fantastic with the kids. It’s impressive the way they communicate with them on their level and develop their minds and bodies even if it’s a day way all the 3-4 years olds are a little extra exuberant that day. 10/10 would recommend and can’t wait to see my daughter grow more and more each day week.

The environment is so uplifting, motivational, and encouraging. I love how excited my son gets for his class. The programming is awesome. KidStrong is such an awesome idea. I wish more places like this existed!
