My daughter has grown a lot in her confidence and public speaking skills through kidstrong. She trusts her body when climbing and jumping. She also has learned to listen and take direction well.

My son has been going to KidStrong since he was 3 years old. We initially signed him up to help with his speech delay. We had read that movement and strength classes help children with speech delay. Not only has his speech greatly improved since he first joined but his confidence has improved, the way he interacts with adults, his overall athleticism, his ability to work in a team, how to handle disappointment...It’s been great seeing him grow and I will continue to recommend KidStrong!

The patience and leadership of the coaches are wonderful when dealing with all personality types of students. And the program really focuses on child development needs and skills.

I think the coaches do a great job as I know Christopher can be difficult and off doing his own thing but I know he does really enjoy it.
