I love the premise of the program combining mental and physical workouts. My daughter has struggles with regulation and the brain-body connection is so important. I think KidStrong has composed a wonderful program that activates and strengthens that connection. The coaches were very encouraging without creating a pressure situation for her. What's more is that the other students were also welcoming and supportive - that says a lot about the coaches and efficacy of their program. My daughter absolutely loved her first session and is eager to return. I could go on, but suffice to say, I feel so blessed to have found KidStrong and look forward to continuing in their program!
