The KidStrong staff are very organized and fantastic leaders at directing and re-directing. They are definitely a positive influence on my 4 year old grandson.

It’s so rare to find activities for Rio that have developmental milestones and primitive reflex work build in a fun environment. Typically is taxing exercises with us at home and it feels like work to him. KidStrong is fun and he isn’t the only one doing the activities!

My daughter really enjoys learning and training at kids strong. I really like all of the staff 1’s get a very family friendly vibe from my overall experience which is very important.

Kid strong has been one of the best experiences I’ve had personally. The equipment, the environment all down to the staff has been nothing less than incredible. My kids are 9 sessions in and I’m already seeing their confidence, strength and endurance going up level by level. We are so grateful and will definitely be recommending it to all our friends and family.

My daughter went for a trial day and loved it for her first time. The smile on her face made me feel so happy for her. She got to see an old good friend and that was cute to see. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My daughter was sad because it ended so soon. 😄
