His coaches are consistent and supportive, which is especially important for Kaiden and parents. They provide redirection when needed and take the time to ensure he understands and performs each movement correctly. The skills they teach are practical, valuable for everyday life, and will benefit him well into the future. It’s truly a wonderful program!

I cannot say enough good things about Kidstrong Folsom! From day one, the focus hasn't just been on tackling obstacles, but on coaching greatness in every single child. The coaches are absolutely phenomenal, especially Coach Chris, Coach Dede, and Coach London. They have a unique ability to meet kids exactly where they are, pushing them to give their best effort while keeping the environment incredibly positive and encouraging.Since starting this class, I have seen immense growth in my child. It’s not just about the physical strength or agility—though those have improved tremendously—it’s about the confidence, resilience, and focus they are developing. When my child falls or misses an obstacle, the coaches teach him how to dust himself off, analyze what went wrong, and try again with a smile. If you are looking for a program that builds character, instills confidence, and genuinely invests in your child's personal development, this is it. Five stars all the way!

The coaches do an amazing job engaging with our daughter and all the other kids. Emma’s confidence has really improved the more classes she participates in. She uses her skills outside of class climbing objects safely at parks and really showing courage by introducing herself to the other students and adults when it is asked of her. Recently they included a ninja course in class which she enjoyed and was challenged by at the same time.

Communication is great. I like that I can text for a question that I cant figure out on the app.The app needs SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT. I feel like the app has actually gotten worse since my child has been going to Kidstrong.App issues:-Booking Classes: If we need to do a makeup class why does the app cut me off a few hrs before the class? But I can call to ask to have my child added to thr class and the center can do that. That's a waste of yours and my time, just let me do it on the app unless the class is full.-Coach Names: Add who is normally coaching the class when scheduling a booking online so if we prefer one coach over the other we can select that one to have an even better experience. (All coaches are good, but some are more energetic than others and makes the class even better for kids.)-Missed Classes: There should be someone that shows me when we have a missed class. I can see classes we've attended but not that we missed and need to makeup.-Make Up Policy: There should also be someone in the app that states you only have X days to make up a class or the streak starts over. Previously I assumed it was just within the month but recently learned it is within 14 days? Is that correct? I dont really know because I didnt write it down and its not in the app to reference.-T-shirt size: This is nowhere in the app anymore, it used to be. Add it back in to reduce work. Now you give a shirt we try it on and its too small and a 2nd shirt is brought out. If we could update it, employees would only get a shirt once.-Photos: It would be ideal if these were available in the app in addition to email.-Class Streak: This is in the email but nowhere to be found in the app. The app tells how many visits in the past month or year but nothing for streak and these are not the same if a class is missed. Class streak is fun for kids to see and be proud of.Coaching:This is good, but I wish it was amazing. Some coaches have great energy and seem like they want to be there and like kids. Some seem like they rolled out of bed and are still tired.Photos: We are starting to not see pictures each class. These are great and we enjoy seeing them from the coaches perspective and would like to see them from each class not every once in a while.Class Cleaneliness: This place is pretty clean and Ive seen employees cleaning. And I feel like Kidstrong is cleaner than many other kid places. But I do wish the glass for the class areas was cleaned much more frequently. I do see kids put their mouths on the glass and lots of handprints sometimes. There are a few kids in class who seem to pick their nose, then continue to complete class. They are kids, but I do wish their parents could remind them not to do, but some parents are not completely paying attention so it would be nice if coaches reminded those kids to not do that and encouraged they to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer to clean themselves after doing so instead of ignoring it to encourage good hygiene since they then touch equipment that other kids and coaches touch.Overall, we love Kidstrong and my child is happy to go to class each week.
