The coaches are amazing. Aria has grown so much with her confidence and physical skills

My daughter loves KidStong and can’t wait for class! She will asks everyday if today’s the day we are going to KidSrong. She loves her shirts she gets when leveling up.

All of the coaches I’ve met have such great energy and professionalism. We love the classes and I can see how confident the kids are that are in the advanced ranks.

I love the program. It builds my kid confidence and curiosity to try to do it better. I am only sad cause we are not seeing Coach Chris anymore. She had great communication with him.

This location is just amazing and the coaches make it all happen for our kids! My kids have been coming for a few years now and they love love it so much! They look forward to their classes and are inspired and motivated by the coaches. Thank you kid strong for building confidence in our kids!!

We had a few scheduling hiccups, but when we got there for our trial class, every coach greeted us and were very personable! The boys loved it and felt supported throughout.
