We appreciate the motivation the coaches bring to the kiddos. Beau gets so excited when he achieves his goals and earns an award. He talks about it for days. When the coaches are able to step in and help the kiddos it bring them a new found confidence that isn’t coming from mom or dad. The classes on Saturday have been pretty big which is understandable but I think less people on the floor would be a little better to stay organized but I also her Saturday is a busy day! Beau really enjoys kidstrong and we love watching him do his thing!

Kidstrong Folsom is an inclusive facility that works on developing the whole child. The coaches meet each child where they are at and consistently differentiate to encourage the growth in each child. Over the past 3 years I have seen many children, my oldest son especially, grow and learn important life skills like perseverance, integrity, and teamwork. The coaches, especially Coach Chris and Coach Dee, are amazing professionals that motivate the kids by balancing toughness with compassion. They hold high standards and the kids rise to meet their challenges. I love Kidstrong Folsom because it’s a place where everyone feels like family and I am thrilled to begin to watch my youngest benefit from Kidstrong’s program!

Kids friendly place, unbiased most of the time. Like the new workout tunes. Coaches are very cool

It ‘s a very cozy place, competent and polite staff. As a father, I feel welcome just by seeing that pleasant treatment they give my children.

My 5 year old daughter is very shy and struggles with confidence. Coach Chris and Coach Ken were so great with her. They knew how to encourage her and also when to listen to her. They created a space for her to try and find her confidence and voice.

We’ve been attending for a couple years now and our kids love it.

I love how the coaches make every effort to guide and direct the kids. the energy and how they convey instructions. It is challenging to keep a group of young kids focus and they do an excellent job!!

Very clean and well run facility; the coaches are great, and the classes have already helped my son tremendously after only two classes. We cant wait to continue our journey with KidStrong!
