Great program for the youth yet center needs far better janitorial services. Bathrooms out of order and very smelly and dirty. Gym floor is very dirty as well always amazed how dirty children’s feet are post class.

I have seen a great improvement in my child’s confidence and social interactions. Since starting with kid strong, my child will independently introduce herself to others and ask them their name as well and reply “it’s nice to meet you” just as we practice in class every day. She loves trying new things and helping in class.

Coaches are really engaging and clear. Can we get a baby changing station in the bathrooms? That would be helpful because some of the kids are still in diapers.

We love everything about KidStrong - we do have an issue with one of the coaches saying “Oh My God” often enough that our child has brought that saying to school and the school asked us to have him say something else. That’s the only negative thing. Everything else has been positive and the classes have increased our child’s confidence tremendously. Thanks KidStrong :)

The consistency of routines and keywords used. Much better than an open playground, yet still having that playfulness of playing with other kids in a structured environment.

The coaches all seem very good with the children. I appreciate their positivity as well as how the also address challenging behaviors. Some people may hate it, but I love how hands on they are with physically helping the children. I really wish the app would tell me how may tokens/classes I had left as well as how many we have used for tracking purposes.

I love how much your program pours into the kids - building strength and confidence through exercise and fun activities that thoughtfully build social emotional skills. I couldn’t ask for a better program for my son on the spectrum especially, but every kid could surely benefit from this amazing program. Thank you for being so awesome, inclusive, and supportive through every class - you’re making a difference in kids lives and I’m so grateful to be a Kidstrong family.
