Really clean, fun/well thought out activities for the kids, and great staff. My 2 year old was all over the place and the coaches were so good at getting her(helping me!) get her back on track.

Coach Brenna is absolutely amazing! Her “Kids Strong” sessions are the perfect balance of fun, discipline, and skill-building. She knows exactly how to motivate kids, make them feel confident, and push them in the right way without ever overwhelming them. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and brings out the best in children, Coach Brenna is the one. Highly recommended!

My daughter loves KidStong and is always looking forward to class. She’s always wants to wear her shirts and talks about KidStong all week.

All the staff are great and welcoming! My two boys have a blast every week and enjoy the class, and seeing their kid strong friends.
