We have had a great experience. The coaches do such a good job with the kids. We have noticed a difference in confidence just from a few weeks of classes. Big shout out to Coach Max, Jason and Fiona. They always go the extra mile and really connect with the kids.

This place has done wonders for my son the coaches are extremely nice they're extremely helpful they motivate my son to get up and give him the confidence that he didn't have before!

My son has a lot of fun there and we can see he improved a lot on his body skills/ movements.

Coaches were great and I appreciated the communication of the Fort Collins team.

They're wonderful with kids!. They help them to develop their skills in their own pace. I love to watch my son doing his best, learning and having fun at the same time.

My son is 11yo and is very self conscious of his nerdiness, and that makes him getting bullied a lot. Kidstrong taught him that he is strong regardless the bullying or his nerdiness. He was happy to be there. Staff and other kids were very inclusive and welcoming to him. I’d definitely recommend.

I really appreciate the coaches' patience in working with the kids. My child has ADHD and part of the reason we're doing Kidstrong is that it mixes activities that bring him up (competitions, etc.) and those that bring him down (life skills, puzzles on the TV, etc.) But the process of working with a kiddo who always wants to be "up" can be hard, so I'm grateful for patient coaches who understand that some kids have trouble self-regulating and need help.

Kidstrong has helped my kid in being physically active and emotionally too.It teaches him grit ,team work and focus through their activities.Coach Fiona and Coach Kelly are doing a fantastic job. Thanks to them.

Our daughter loves Kidstrong! She is always so excited to go and she is learning so much about engaging and trying even if it’s hard! We can do hard things!
