My son absolutely loves KidStrong and while sometimes it is difficult for him, he always tries to push himself and the coaches are always very encouraging and supportive

We visited for a free trial with a friend, and I was blown away by the quality of the instruction and welcoming environment. The personalized visuals on the screen, teacher energy and engagement, and safe yet challenging course/games were so much fun! The topic was Bravery which involved a positive mantra. We actually used that exact mantra to help my 3yo daughter get herself down from a higher ledge at another playground. She was really proud of herself afterward! The instruction obviously left an impression, and we look forward to coming back!

The coaches are full or energy and go with the flow. Every class is a differ experience based on how my son is feeling and the number of kids that show up, but the coaches ALWAYS bring the fun and enthusiasm to class.We love KidStrong!!!

All of the coaches are so amazing, especially coach Brayden! My daughter is always excited to attend class. She has gained so much confidence and strength from doing Kidstrong.
