Coaches are outgoing and engage with the kids constantly. It’s great!

We love the coaches that are excited and happy to be there. You can feel their enthusiasm! Keeps the kids engaged.The work - outs are fun and there's a good amount of variation.

They meet my high energy kid with patience and understanding and never make him feel like he’s too much. I love seeing my kids build relationships with the coaches. It is so special for them to have positive role models outside of mom and dad who truly care about them. The coaches are kind and consistent and take time to know each child. They create a positive space where my kids can grow, build confidence, and use their energy in a good way.

It has been awesome to watch my kiddo feel stronger and more confident!

We’ve only had one class so far, but everything was SO EASY! We just showed up and flowed straight into the rhythm. Also, the pacing was brilliant, guiding from calm to full energy to calm. I think it’s exactly what our kiddo needs
