The coaches are incredibly engaging while also holding the kids accountable. My son has grown not only in his physical fitness but also in his confidence and social skills. It’s been amazing to watch his progress. I highly recommend this program as a supplement to other sports or as a stand-alone activity.

We visited for a free trial with a friend, and I was blown away by the quality of the instruction and welcoming environment. The personalized visuals on the screen, teacher energy and engagement, and safe yet challenging course/games were so much fun! The topic was Bravery which involved a positive mantra. We actually used that exact mantra to help my 3yo daughter get herself down from a higher ledge at another playground. She was really proud of herself afterward! The instruction obviously left an impression, and we look forward to coming back!

The coaches are full or energy and go with the flow. Every class is a differ experience based on how my son is feeling and the number of kids that show up, but the coaches ALWAYS bring the fun and enthusiasm to class.We love KidStrong!!!
