All of the coaches are so amazing, especially coach Brayden! My daughter is always excited to attend class. She has gained so much confidence and strength from doing Kidstrong.

KidStrong has been a great experience for us as a family. Our daughter has thrive in independence and confidence in herself. She loves her coaches. And we all love coming here as a weekend plan, it's definitely an activity to enjoy as a family.

They meet my high energy kid with patience and understanding and never make him feel like he’s too much. I love seeing my kids build relationships with the coaches. It is so special for them to have positive role models outside of mom and dad who truly care about them. The coaches are kind and consistent and take time to know each child. They create a positive space where my kids can grow, build confidence, and use their energy in a good way.
