We’ve only had one class so far, but everything was SO EASY! We just showed up and flowed straight into the rhythm. Also, the pacing was brilliant, guiding from calm to full energy to calm. I think it’s exactly what our kiddo needs

It really helps them physically and mentally.Helps them with team work ,attention and most importantly teaches them not to give up.My son enjoys going to Kidstrong and we can see his progress.The coaches are the best in supporting him and guiding him through the class.
