Wonderful location! The staff is friendly and helpful. The workout really helps the kids develop confidence and teamwork skills. I have seen a big improvement with Izaac’s attitude since he has been attending Kidstrong classes.

It was very professional and welcoming environment. The staff is very good at communicating, teaching, professional, and more which is helpful cause we are brand new to this so it’s a bit of a scary unsure feeling and not sure how things worked. The staff being the way they are helped us feel more settled and how cost and billing works was explained very well.

I was impressed with the various activities they had for the kids. Unfortunately, I noticed many kids had great difficulty in doing the monkey bar routine, causing my son to miss a turn. Managing the class size is important so even the more athletic kids get enough turns on each activity.

My daughter absolutely loves coming here, the atmosphere is amazing, she learns new skills and ways to keep healthy every time we go in. The coaches are so extraordinary 🥰

They have a variety of different techniques each week which makes it more exciting for the students.

Riley has gained so much confidence and athletic ability. She has improved on her being able to focus on what coach is saying, waiting her turn, and following directions. It’s been amazing for her!
