Having been to other classes in the area for children the science based programming along with the constant motion deserves rankings of this nature. The attention to detail by the coaches and situational awareness merits more than 5 stars. Will be recommending to others

The coaches at KidStrong Fort Myers are all enthusiastic about teaching kids how to work out properly. Each coach brings their own athleticism and personality to create classes which are fun and entertaining for all kids no matter what level or ability.

I think the curriculum is great, the coaches do a great job of seeing who needs help and appropriately redirecting and doing their best to keep everyone on task. I think they have great values demonstrate them such as building strength and communication.
