The kids absolutely love it and they are improving their strength, speed, agility, coordination, team work, confidence, and their coachability.

The coaches are passionate about what they teach. They help kids develop confidence, coordination, build strength, and work on team work skills. It feels like a small family.

It’s been a very active and safe space for my daughter. She feels welcomed and accepted as she slowly is reaching her active goals.

It has been great for her both physically and socially. She is more confident to say hi and say her name and order food because we practiced at Kidstrong. The programming is very age appropriate and she loves doing it.

KidStrong has been absolutely amazing for my 15-month-old. The environment is clean, safe, and perfectly designed for little ones to explore, climb, and move with confidence.The coaches are incredible—so patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. They make every activity fun while still focusing on important skills like balance, coordination, strength, and listening. Even at such a young age, Luna is gaining confidence and independence every week..KidStrong has become one of our favorite weekly activities, and I can’t recommend it enough for parents looking for something engaging, developmentally focused, and genuinely fun for their little ones! :)

Staff is superb. Activities are phenomenal and teach the kids so much more than just exercise. The place is super clean and never have I had an issue!
