This was our first time trying it and you never know what to expect but it felt so clean and organized for both littles and bigs. Also there are not very many activities like this that have classes for younger than 3 and Mj just turned two and both of us as his parents are very athletic and so excited to be able to introduce him to activities so young

Love kiss strong my daughter has grown so much in the past year with improvement of her behavior, social skills and she has made a lot of new friends. We love all the coaches and they make the class very fun

The staff is amazing and very encouraging to the kids, they even communicate and interact with the parents. The gym is very clean at all times. Overall it is an amazing experience for the kids and parents all around.

My son, Declan has so much fun at each class. Also, the coaches are wonderful with the students. Whenever we’re on our way to class, Declan tells me how excited he is to say hi to Coach Olivia. I’ve highly recommended KidStrong to others already and will continue to!

Highly recommended! The coaches are amazing! Tons of patience with the kids! They have a great structure routine weekly, and the kids enjoyed it a lot!

My daughter enjoyed the variety of activities and I was impressed that it was more than just fitness, it was well structured and also incorporated class participation and public speaking. (only con- it was very hard to hear the instructor over the class noise beside us. Maybe a microphone would help! ) Otherwise it was great
