Yesterday was our daughter’s first class and with her being on the autism spectrum, it was very difficult for her to understand what was going on. The staff immediately pivoted and allowed Ryan to go explore and get comfortable in the new environment. They made me feel like I wasn’t the first mom to go through this and that it would all work out. By the end of the class, Ryan was following along with the rest of the class and was very proud of herself. It was because of the staff that I absolutely want to return. It was very heartwarming to be honest.

Very fun and engaging class for my kids. They had a great time and it was a great way to get their energy out.

We were in for our first trial run, and the coaches and staff were so understanding that my daughter was shy, nervous and helped her work through it. By the end of it she loved it and we signed up for 6 months 🥰

We go places and I recommend Kid strong like I. Apart of yalls staff! lol. Wyatt has become so independent and confident taking kid strong classes!!!Coach Rebecca is amazing
