Helped my baby to be strong, he don't have scared now and he likes run, jump and his friends.

Kidstrong does an amazing job of blending fun and exercise with structure, leadership, and teamwork skills all while encouraging and instilling belief in themselves and others. The coach’s work together even the ones that are not currently on the floor with the kids. It’s a beautiful example to the kids and parents of the teamwork they are teaching.

Wonderful location! The staff is friendly and helpful. The workout really helps the kids develop confidence and teamwork skills. I have seen a big improvement with Izaac’s attitude since he has been attending Kidstrong classes.

It was very professional and welcoming environment. The staff is very good at communicating, teaching, professional, and more which is helpful cause we are brand new to this so it’s a bit of a scary unsure feeling and not sure how things worked. The staff being the way they are helped us feel more settled and how cost and billing works was explained very well.
