This is a great, well rounded program for kids to help build strength, self confidence, and team building. It’s been a great program for my daughter!

I think the environment was great! The staff was understanding and all very patient. It was our first time. My youngest wasnt sure about some parts so they allowed both my husband and I to be on the floor which was great. I love how there was activity and lessons incorporated.

The staff is very kind and accommodating. They go the extra mile to make sure that kids are challenged, but also nurtured.

KidStrong has been an amazing experience! We’ve seen so much growth in strength, confidence, and overall independence. Beyond the physical skills, the encouragement and positive environment have helped build self-confidence and real friendships. It’s been incredible to watch the progress each week, and the community makes it even more special.

Because it’s a great concept overall but more importantly their entire team is fantastic.
