We have been coming for over a month now and the improvement I have seen is amazing! The coaches are full of patience and truly take the time to help and encourage the kids.

All of the coaches are so friendly and personable with the kids. They take their time to focus on each kids ability and are super encouraging throughout the class.

KidStrong is an excellent program and my child has really been personally flourishing. He will take the things he learns in class and apply it to real life scenario and if afraid he’ll give himself a pep talk that he can’t do it (yet) but he knows he can because he’s a KidStrong kid.

Nice place for kids. They can learn how to introduce others, interact with other kids They can learn how to communicate with others while getting strong.

Great program. We are just starting. I believe 5 classes in. I can see the potential of the program as we enter into out 2nd and 3rd month of rally building confidence in kai as not only an athlete but a respectful young man. I truly believe the program is designed to build great character as kai is learning about the world around him.Im looking foward to a long term relationship between kai, myself, and the kidstrong program.

Kids Strong has been an incredible place for Alex. He looks forward to going every single time! he absolutely loves the weekly classes and camp experience. His coaches are not only exceptional trainers but also wonderful emotional mentors. Truly a remarkable place that supports children in every way.
