Coaches are amazing!

We have really enjoyed our experience, especially with Coach Kylee (I believe that's her name!) However, I will say that it is very difficult for the kids to follow directions with the music being so loud. Ourselves as well as a few other parents in our class have noticed this. And unfortunately a couple of the female coach's do not wear appropriate shorts. Way too short for the environment that they are in. Otherwise, the class structure itself has been awesome.

The one time experience

My daughter loves to go to class. She is gaining confidence and getting help with her coordination. The coaches are amazing and she loves them.

I did a trial class for my son and he loved it. We will be coming back based off of our amazing experience. Love what all they teach kids to have strong bodies and minds!

I like the fact that every coach was very strong in being kid friendly but did not hesitate in getting control and respect from the children, which isn’t easy these days. The children in turn respected their authority and cooperated very well with the coaches and with each other. It was wonderful to watch that kind of energy being displayed and seeing the staff of kidstrong accomplishing their mission!
