My daughter loves to go to class. She is gaining confidence and getting help with her coordination. The coaches are amazing and she loves them.

I did a trial class for my son and he loved it. We will be coming back based off of our amazing experience. Love what all they teach kids to have strong bodies and minds!

I like the fact that every coach was very strong in being kid friendly but did not hesitate in getting control and respect from the children, which isn’t easy these days. The children in turn respected their authority and cooperated very well with the coaches and with each other. It was wonderful to watch that kind of energy being displayed and seeing the staff of kidstrong accomplishing their mission!

The only thing is it is really difficult to hear the coaches at times. I would recommend miking them so the kids can hear clear instructions. Other than that, I thought the class was a positive and caring environment that pushed kids.
