Both the manager Coach Jacob and Coach Ashton make this facility a comfortable and a super welcoming experience for all ages. I have a 2,5,7 year old and they are all challenged and celebrated. Highly recommend.

We love KidStrong Frisco West and its entire staff! We are so thankful my son has found this program and quickly increased his classes to 2x per week. It has been amazing for his strength and confidence!

I love KidStrong because I like how they make it feel like it’s a safe environment. And I love how they teach the kids how to work smarter not harder. I also love how they interact with the kids.

We love KidStrong! We have attended for over a year now. I don’t love the new changes, such as the skill portion of class. It seems like a waste of the kids’ time, as there isn’t enough material for everyone to do the skill at once, and the other time is just “explore” time. It doesn’t seem purposeful and interrupts the flow that we used to have with the previous structure.

We started our son in KidStrong when he was just over 3years old because we started to notice a lack of confidence in trying new things. He was saying “I can’t do it” more and more, and we wanted to change that IMMEDIATELY. Kidstrong was the cure! The first few months he was clingy and wouldn’t try some of the activities and others he wanted to hold mommy or daddy’s hand. His coaches were patient and encouraging- they helped us learn how to help him and were supportive of him consistently. Now, a year later he is flourishing and turning into a leader at his pre-k as well as in his kidstrong classes. The confidence he continues to gain is improving every aspect of his life and will help him for the rest of his life.

Kids will love these type of physical fitness other than regular learning karate, teakwando. I was looking for these type of fitness for my kid and finally found it.
