Coach Destiny and Coach Aspen are so incredibly good with these little kids. They have the patience of a saint and the enthusiasm of 5 Ms. Rachel’s. They really take the time to give each kid special attention while somehow keeping an eye on the entire crazy class of 2-3 year olds and are incredibly supportive to the parents to help kids meet milestones and also make parents feel a little better when their kid is running circles around the activity and not participating. They are able to refocus my kid, getting them involved and following directions in such a kind way when I’m struggling 😅. They’re great! Love the facility but the coaches make the class what it is. Cannot thank them enough.

My girls love going to KidStrong! They really love coach Aspen, coach Luke and coach Cam. I really think it’s helping them become more confident and like to move their bodies!

I do suggest class sizes (at least for older kids) are capped at 10. There seems to be a much higher risk of injury in the small space with that many older kids.Aside from that, we really appreciate how the coaches pour into the kids—even the ones not teaching the class that day. It is a seemingly small thing but actually quite a big thing! They are always intentional about encouraging the kids and seem to care a lot and enjoy what they do. While we truly appreciate the cleanliness of the gym, the staff really sets KidStrong apart.

KidStrong has given my son the opportunity to grow in so many ways. I’ve watched him build confidence, improve his organization skills, and develop a willingness to work with others as a team. It’s been amazing seeing him challenge himself, become more independent, and celebrate what he’s capable of.

They are working on it already but verbal communication tot he students needs to improve. 7 year olds don’t have the best auditory response skills so breaking down each lesson in an easier way and showing examples is vital!
