We have only done one class and it has been a big confidence boost for our kiddo not to mention the energy he is burning

Great lively program for the kids incorporating many different skills and activities

First visit and we fell in love off the jump! The energy is high, the coaches are great, and our son had a blast.

We have been to one class and our son thoroughly enjoyed the session. I like being able to be there with him. I like the high energy and “workout” he gets as well as the social aspects of the program.

I was pretty skeptical at first with my grandson liking it as he is shy and not motivated. He really enjoyed it and even told his parents about it when we got home. I really think this will prepare him in so many it’s whe he starts kindergarten in August (listening, following directions etc).

Everyone is so positive and welcoming and encouraging. Such a great environment for kids. We love it!

Coaches were so enthusiastic with the kids, so encouraging, so positive. It absolutely lit my kiddo up like a Christmas tree. She got home and immediately started playing “KidStrong” with her toys and our dog. She hasn’t stopped talking about it since our first class yesterday
