My kids love it! They are engaged in the classes. Just wish the coaches were more consistent week to week.

Coaches are clear, kind and spirited. Kids feel involved and show joy and fun. Besides maybe the music being too loud when coaches are trying to talk to the kids - literally a perfect kid experience and a real treat for parents to watch. Thank you for providing a welcoming and awesome place to be every week.

The program has been excellent and just what my son needed. The staff and coaches have been really friendly and helpful. My son loves going to class and I love watching him.

The staff and facility are great! The coaches’ interactions with the kids are exceptional and you can tell they truly care about every kid on the mat. We have been very pleased with the quality of programming at KidStrong. My son is always excited to go and asks all week when his next class is.

Overall it’s great. Some of the classes could be better organized. There have been some minor issues with setup and following the program of instruction. I’m sure this is due to some staff being new and inexperienced. Also, most of the issues are probably unnoticed by most of the clients.

The staff makes a point to know and invest in the kids individually even in a group setting.

The coaches give personalized attention to each kid and are enthusiastic about what they do.

Everyone is so nice! My daughter is a very shy girl, and it’s usually hard for her to feel comfortable with new people. However, everyone here has been so kind and encouraging. They cheer her on all the time, and she absolutely loves Kids Strong. We are so happy to see her gaining confidence and having fun!
