The coaches are excellent and so is the program. The kids are having so much fun, all while exercising and learning some great interpersonal skills. My daughter has asked about going back to class multiple times this week. And she feels proud calling it her “Strong Class.” We are excited to continue here! Thanks, everyone!

The coaches and front desk staff are proactive and friendly. They make the class experience fun and enjoyable for the kids. Great teamwork also!

I’ve been very impressed with the quality of programming, coaching, and inclusivity of KidStrong thus far. My kids are always excited to go and leave feeling proud, accomplish, and exhausted. They repeat throughout the week, “I am strong. I am brave. I can do this.”
