The exercise and learning that Isaac is able to get, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the coaches and staff have helped Isaac a lot with social skills and overall development.

This center has been great for helping my son expel some of his energy, he’s improving in multiple areas, as well as the staff is always so kind with helping with him while I carry my baby around as well as calm when my nerves are stretched thin. A fantastic team!

The coaches are great at encouraging the kids and making it fun. I like how the coaches guide the kids on doing the exercises correctly. The recognition of achievement's helps boost confidence. We really enjoy kid strong and it has helped my fighter to build confidence. She looks forward to going to class and the camps.

Savannah loves the class and the coaches. Its a great workout for her and the coaches are really great with keeping her on task!

coaches were engaging at positive. gym was beautifully kept up. i just wish there were drop in class packs available for purchase

From the moment of inquiring to getting scheduled I felt welcomed. As a busy mom I look into different activities, but forget to follow thru for whatever reason. Their ease of communication via text was amazing. Kept me on track to complete everything & to give my son a great experience. He had so much fun. He was challenge, pushed himself, learned some new skills. We are very happy how they made him feel welcomed. It’s not everyday you walk into a kid based program & they greet the child. All the coaches made such an impression to introduce themselves, give him a chance to be heard & to feel welcomed. This meant so much to me as a mom. Kids just want to be heard so thank you. Y'all exceeded my expectations.

It was our first class but I was really impressed. My son can be shy at times but everyone was so friendly and knew how to work with kids that he was excited and trying things immediately.

Because the teachers are amazing and very patient with each child. They are also very kind and understanding along with gets on the child's level also.

Really fun, engaging experience. It was our first time so overall I did feel like there were a lot of activities crammed into the session but my son is on the younger age range for the class and that is also likely a factor. They never forced us into anything and if he wasn’t ready to move on they were flexible about that!
