Humans are designed to move. Kiddos today are expected to sit still and behave for hours at a time, at school, church, while waiting for attention, and for some kiddos that's REALLY difficult. They are pent up energy waiting to release. Others are happy to be sedentary, but they need to move! At Kidstrong they're allowed to move and the program channels kids energy. They permit and want them to leap and jump and push and pull and celebrate what their bodies can do. They are also taught important life skills like politely greeting each other and adults/ coaches. When they compete they either pair off themselves or the coach picks teams. So nobody is " the last kid picked. I wish schools had Kidstrong PE.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Kids Strong! The program is excellent for building confidence and teaching kids how to communicate clearly and confidently. Coach Josh is caring, patient, and truly invested in each child’s growth. I’ve seen so much improvement in confidence and self-expression. Highly recommend this program to any parent!

The coaches are so in tune to the kids. My grandson went for a free trial class last week. At first he was so nervous but the coaches and the other kids made him feel so comfortable. He smiled the entire time during the class and when he was done he came to me and said “I like it and want to do it.”

We had a great time at our class. The length of the class and organization was perfect for our son’s age group. The coaches were fun and engaging. The activities were challenging but not too hard!
