My autistic 6yo has never been able to participate in team sports. This is the first time he gets to be a part of something. He loves going and the staff are all great with him. We are so happy to have found a place where he can move his body and be his authentic self without judgement!

I could tell that the coaches really enjoyed their job which then makes me think that they are well taken care of by their employers. I really enjoyed that. They were also interactive with the parents while we were sitting on the sidelines.

My kids had a great time and were engaged the entire time! My kids both have very different needs and they were equally met and loved the class?

Liam had a great time! Even though he got a little bonk in the beginning, he got right up and got back to it! The coaches were great with helping him through his first class.

The coaches are awesome and are 100% engaged with the kids

All of the coaches take the time to truly get to know my children. They help them follow the class routine while also giving individualized support that builds their confidence.

Kids Strong has been fantastic. My daughter used to be shy, but that's no longer the case. She is more confident and not afraid to try new things.

We have so far only attended one class but as a parent I thoroughly enjoyed it. My son was very hesitant to participate and Coach Alex was so patient with him and made him feel much more comfortable, even taking him to try things after watching the other kids do it (my son was nervous about all the kids). He was amazing and the reason I signed up for a 1 month membership. Hoping my little guy will become more comfortable as time allows and we can sign up for longer!
