Just hard to hear coaches if a lapel mic was possible it would be easier.

They make it super fun for the kids and the coaches are friendly and engaging but also encouraging when they struggle. I love the affirmations at the start and end and the public speaking opportunities they are given. When you walk in, the vibe is just overall amazing! Carter was anti-KidStrong until we got there and he saw what the other kids were doing and then he lit up and was so stoked to play. I also love the awards…honestly, we love everything about it. Both boys can’t wait to come back Saturday to do it again!

They were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming with both my kids. Also, the guy at the desk was very thorough explaining everything and the price plans as well. I watched them clean and sanitize the mats and windows after a session ended and overall everything was clean and well set up. It was a little loud and difficult to hear the kids' answers but I did love the energy! ☺️ We'll definitely recommend and be back soon!

Overall a great trial experience and environment for my almost 4y/o to get that physical exertion in during these hot summer days! The course content and the coaching were great for keeping focus and teaching respect/discipline, too, all while keeping it light and fun and the perfect amount of challenging.

The staff is always so friendly. They have great classes designed to help kids improve in multiple areas. They have a great structure set up to help acknowledge kids, making them feel seen and valued.

My son is extremely shy and claims up refusing to participate in things so I was apprehensive about KidStrong. Here the coach’s were AMAZING! He had a blast and I truly have never seen my son more excited or confident. I could see the transformation in a matter of minutes. I will absolutely be coming back and Ive highly suggest kid strong to everyone I know!

All the coaches and staff are super engaging with both the parents and kids, friendly, and highly skilled at what they do. They know their kids' names, ability levels, quirks, and levels of need. They are all amazing and we are lucky to have them!
