We love KidStrong Gilbert! The coaches are awesome with the children and it is just the right amount of movement to get my daughter's wiggles out. Highly recommend for your active littles!

The coaching team was so enthusiastic! We also loved the exercises mixed in with some "kids trivia." We really want to integrate fitness into our lifestyle, and think this is the perfect place to do it.
